All media members must be approved and credentialed to obtain media access to the College Basketball Academy. Media organizations applying for credentials must have a demonstrated history in covering scholastic and/or college basketball and meet NCAA media credentialing criteria. Non-traditional outlets, including recruiting magazines and scouting services, may be asked to provide clips of their work to obtain credentials. The NCAA reserves the right to approve or deny media credential requests at its discretion.
All members of the media and scouts must remain in designated media areas.
Live streaming is NOT permitted, and any highlights posted to the internet or social media cannot exceed two minutes from any single day of competition and no individual clip can be longer than 30 seconds.
Interviews with athletes must be facilitated during designated times in the media mixed zone during the College Basketball Academy.
The deadline to apply for a media credential is Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. ET.
